What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 11:00. Thanks to the smart lock, self check-in is possible at any time after 14:00 — we send you a personal entry code before arrival. Late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability.
Is parking available?
Yes — there are several public parking areas right near the apartment.
How far is the Aqua Park and the lake?
The Aqua Park is right next to the building — you can see it from the balcony. The lake promenade is about 150 m away (a 2-minute walk) and the main beach is around 200 m.
How many guests can the apartment accommodate?
Up to 4 guests: a bedroom with a king-size bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes — the reservation is confirmed with a payment to our bank account. You send a request, we confirm it by email/Viber/WhatsApp and send you the payment details.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed, to keep the apartment allergy-friendly for all guests.
Is the apartment suitable for children?
Absolutely — the residence is family friendly, and the Aqua Park below the balcony is a favourite for kids. A baby cot can be arranged on request.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
