1. Reservations

A reservation request submitted through this website is not binding until confirmed by the host by email, Viber or WhatsApp. No prepayment is taken through the website.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is from 14:00, check-out until 11:00, unless agreed otherwise. Self check-in is available via smart lock; the entry code is personal and must not be shared.

3. House rules

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are free of charge unless agreed otherwise at confirmation. Please notify us as early as possible so the dates can be released to other guests.

5. Liability

Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. The host is not liable for guests' personal belongings. Use of the Aqua Park and lake facilities is subject to their operators' rules.

6. Prices

Prices are displayed in EUR per night for the whole apartment. The final total shown at booking is binding once the reservation is confirmed.
